Returns & Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped by clicking on "Cancel Request" from my account--> orders. You will receive the applicable reimbursement for the cancelled products within 5 to 7 business days.
- It is not possible to cancel any particular product inside the order. The complete order will be cancelled in such a scenario.
- In the event that the product or order has been delivered to you, the terms of return policy shall be applicable to such product(s) or order.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Free exchanges are not allowed from us.
- For sizing related issues, the product must be returned to us by courier within a week at the customer's expense. Additional shipping costs will incur in case you want us to send the product with the desired size. If in case the desired size is not available at that time, the product cost will be refunded.
- In case of receiving defective or damaged product, you can return the product through courier within 10 days of order delivery. Once the receipt is presented, the shipping costs will be reimbursed. For shipping address, kindly WhatsApp us on 9345629258. A refund will be initiated as soon as we receive and check the returned item.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
- If original packaging is damaged or returned without price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, and original receipt.
- Product is used or altered.
- If request is initiated after 10 days of order delivery.
